Extensive catalogues and comprehensive quality control
In M4 PLANT, 3D pipework design is “spec driven” using project-specific specifications. The system is supplied with extensive piping component catalogues, to support the rapid design of entire pipe systems. Automated consistency and collision checking ensures a high quality, error-free design. The project’s cost effectiveness can be checked at any time by means of reports and parts lists that are automatically generated by the system.
P&ID integration, piping isometrics, and interfaces
As an end-to-end solution, M4 PLANT supports P&ID-based design. This means that P&IDs can be used as the basis for the subsequent 3D design stage. For creating piping isometric diagrams, M4 PLANT utilises M4 ISO, an easy to use, fully integrated program that automatically generates fully dimensioned piping isometric drawings at the press of a button, ready for pipe fabrication. Furthermore, the ROHR2™ interface enables the static and dynamic analysis of complex pipe systems. Additional 3D/2D interfaces enable the quick and easy exchange of data with suppliers and customers.

We offer two different packages of M4 PLANT. The factory planning packages are adapted to the requirements of factory planning. The plant design packages offer the right combination for plant design. Both packages can be viewed in detail here.

Of course you can also use the software without our maintenance. However, you will not benefit from the many advantages.
