Need Support during the test phase?

We understand that learning a new software solution isn’t easy, therefore in addition to our video tutorials we also offer companies additional direct support. This includes a free online webcast session of approximately one hour, together with you we shall review your project data to help you find the quickest and most efficient way to implement your plans in our software application.

In the remarks field please indicate what your priorities are and what issues should be addressed during the Support session. You are also welcome to suggest times and dates when we can carry out the support session.


Prerequisites: Before the support session we request that you should have downloaded and installed our M4 PLANT trial version, and completed the relevant video tutorials for your project in order for to make the best use of time and resources.
