The MEDUSA4 P&ID CAD software allows you to create, edit and share intelligent piping and instrumentation diagrams; extract data; and use your P&ID data to create and cross-check 3D plant designs. It provides symbol catalogs in support of EN ISO 10628 and ISO 3511.

It produces accurate design information quickly and easily, generating customisable reports that allow you to start with equipment lists, and progress through to fully connected and labelled designs.

Drive 3D plant designs and 2D layouts
Tight integration with all MPDS4 add-on modules means that your P&ID diagrams can be used as the basis of MPDS4 3D designs and subsequent 2D layouts. Users can cross-check their P&IDs against the 3D world, and automatically load those components not yet included in their 3D plant design in the appropriate position. This ensures that the resulting 2D drawings or 3D models use only the exact number and type of components contained in your P&IDs.

Integrate P&ID software with external systems
MEDUSA4 P&ID can be interfaced to external databases to incorporate data from other systems into designs, and to push material lists from the P&ID to ERP and PLM systems.
