Personal and Online Software Support

Customers with a maintenance contract can use our online support portal 24/7. It allows you to get help with using the software, enter and track the progress on any software issues you may experience; as well as get answers to application-specific questions. Telephone support is provided from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (time at local CAD Schroer office).

Customers without a maintenance contract can also take advantage of our expert software support and consultancy services, provided on a fee-paying basis.

Maintenance Customers Receive All Minor and Major Software Revisions for Free

Our software support and maintenance package offers excellent value to customers. It includes all minor and major software revisions, ensuring that your systems are always up to date and fully supported. We offer maintenance contracts for all CAD Schroer products.

CAD Schroer GmbH in Germany – in its role as PTC Maintenance Service Provider – also offers software support and maintenance for Creo (formerly Pro/ENGINEER), Pro/MECHANICA and Pro/INTRALINK in select locations.
