Software maintenance and hotline
With our software maintenance, you will always remain productive and master your daily challenges together with the help of our support team. Our software maintenance not only offers you access to the customer portal and a support hotline, but also access to software updates and therefore all software optimisations that will further increase your productivity. We ensure the quality of our maintenance services through quality management in accordance with ISO 9001.
You can access our online service at any time and receive both general technical support and advice on individual questions. Our telephone hotline is available to our maintenance customers on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00. Maintenance services are already included in many of our software packages.
Customers without active maintenance can take advantage of our qualified support and advice for a corresponding fee. Please get in touch with our team for further details.
