Software maintenance and hotline

Our software maintenance keeps your CAD processes productive and trouble-free. You get access to our customer portal, expert support and a technical hotline. You also benefit from regular updates and optimisations that further increase your work efficiency. We ensure the quality of our maintenance services through certified quality management in accordance with ISO 9001.

Comprehensive support for your software

Our service is conveniently available online, where you can receive technical assistance from our competent support team. In addition, our hotline is available to maintenance customers on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Maintenance services are already included in many of our software packages and can be used immediately after purchase.

Quality management according to ISO 9001

To underline our commitment to customers and quality, CAD Schroer Ltd. is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 for technical support and training. The ISO 9001 standard for quality management systems requires, among other things, that companies effectively meet the needs of their customers and continuously review and optimise their business processes. These and other relevant quality criteria have been independently assessed by TÜV Nord in Germany. The TÜV certification of our technical support, hotline and associated processes in accordance with ISO 9001 guarantees our customers a consistently high quality of support services.
