Overview of i4 MEETING applications

With the i4 MEETING apps listed here, you can either participate in a VR meeting or administer it. Simply select the app that suits you, install it on your device and take part in a VR meeting.

Virtual Reality App

With Oculus , HTC or Microsoft Mixed Reality VR glasses, you can immerse yourself in a VR meeting. This app gives you the highest level of immersion, so you can move freely through a VR world and experience it full-size in VR.

Requirements

Operating System: Microsoft® Windows 11 or 10 Pro 64 Bit
VR Glasses: Meta Quest 2, HTC Vive & Vive Pro, Oculus Rift, Microsoft Mixed Reality Glasses (e.g. HTC, Acer, ASUS, HP, etc.)
System Requirements: Oculus Portal for Meta (Oculus) glasses, SteamVR for HTC VR glasses, Microsoft Mixed Reality Portal for Microsoft Mixed Reality glasses.
Hardware Requirements: Min. 8 GB RAM / Min. 250 MB free hard drive space / Min. 1920 x 1080 pixels screen resolution recommended /
VR-compatible 3D graphics card (For exact minimum specification, refer to the requirements of the VR glasses you are using)

iOS app

Simply use your Apple® iOS tablet or Apple iPhone to join a VR meeting. You can move through the VR meeting world using touch gestures, and communicate with other meeting participants using the integrated speakers and microphone.

Hardware Requirements: 285 MB free memory / 3D Compatible Tablet or Smartphone

Android app

Simply use your Android™ tablet or smartphone to join a VR meeting. You can move through the VR meeting world using touch gestures, and communicate with other meeting participants using the integrated speakers and microphone.

Hardware Requirements: 285 MB free memory / 3D Compatible Tablet or Smartphone

Windows app

Of course, you can also participate in a VR meeting using your Windows computer. Simply use your keyboard and mouse to move around in a VR meeting world. The i4 MEETING app will use your PC’s headphones and microphone for communication with other meeting participants.

Administration Console

e Administration Console is used to create and administer your VR meetings. Simply log in, create a new meeting, and then design the VR world for the meeting using your own 3D models. You then invite participants to the meeting by sharing the meeting ID and password (optional) with them. Participants join the meeting using one of the apps listed above.
