We offer our customers with maintenance contracts exclusive access to our service and support portals. As a maintenance customer, you will receive access to the protected customer area. Here you can submit support requests, download the latest software updates or manage your licences. Your requests will be handled by experienced employees with many years of practical experience.
Portal for maintenance customers: M4 PLANT, M4 DRAFTING, M4 P&ID, Creo, Windchill
Customers with a maintenance contract for M4 PLANT, M4 DRAFTING, M4 P&ID, Creo or Windchill have exclusive access to the primary area of our customer portal. Here you can access our hotline, online support, many additional software downloads and the latest versions of your software.
Online support
You can submit your enquiries and describe any problems online at any time. Your enquiries will be answered quickly and competently. CAD Schroer online support is provided via the corresponding portal for maintenance customers.
Software downloads & knowledge base
The customer portal also offers additional services, such as direct access to the latest versions of our software and our knowledge base.
Status enquiry
We guarantee short response times and offer complete transparency through our online status query. You can see what is actually being processed in the service area. As a maintenance contract customer, you can track the processing status of your enquiry online in the secure area.

Licence requirements
Licence requirements and enquiries are handled online. To proceed, please log in to our CAD Schroer Customer Portal using your username and password.
