Solution: Agents get the basic STHENO system

System is equipped with a symbol library by the Product Design Department at HQ (the original parts were all designed in 3D)
Agents add 2D symbols to a drawing of the basic truck, detailing any customer specials, and automatically create a B.O.M. from the symbols, then email the drawing to HQ or customer for approval
